Two important people from this event were Martin Luther and John Calvin

This all happened in Germany

Martin Luther questioned how the church was running itself and argued for redistribution. Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses to the church door to protest. This action triggered wars and the Counter Reformation. Luther was excommunicated and made his own religion called Lutheranism.

This showed the world everyone had a voice and could speak their opinion.

Two historical people from this civilization were Montezuma and Hernan Cortez.

They took place in North and South America.

The Aztec people were great at sports and art. School was mandatory for them and many of the people were defeated by disease. They were great at keeping records and would sell their children. The Aztecs also practiced polygamy and practiced human sacrifice.

They showed the world how to make their life run smoothly.

Two historical people from this event were King Henry and Diarmuid MacMurrough.

This event took place in Ireland.

Ireland needed help from Britain, so they pledged an oath to each other. It was difficult for them to get enough support from Wales to get a bigger army. Then, the Normans invaded Ireland. They killed hostages and fought with the best weapons. King Henry wanted to become the Lord of Ireland. They made a treaty, but it didn't last long.

This event showed the world how powerful people can be.
