1) Yes, it is important. They help us out especially for things that we cannot do on our own. It will help them feel more appreciated and maybe they will pass on the kindness to others too.

2) Greet and thank them after they help us clean up our mess. Write them a note on a random day. Write an apology note or tell them you are sorry if you were the one who made the mess.

3) Bring our sick or injured friends to the General Office and help to inform the staff. Try to take care of ourselves so they do not have to work extra hard to take care of us. Follow traffic rules and cross the road safely.
