1. Most people that that Texas becoming a part of the United States was a good idea but someone afraid of the debt they owed .2.Santa Anna did not follow the treaty and they attacked Texas but luckily the Texas soldiers were able to fight them off .3.Texas can make it self into the five states is chosen but now it is not likely to be done. Wonder. I wonder why we can make Texas into five states today even after all this time.

Another thing I learned is that american Indians relied on buffalo for food. One thing I still wonder is what is the difference between a buffalo and a bison?

1. After the fight at the Alamo, Texas had a choice to either become apart of the United States of America or, stay as it's own nation. 2. It was tough to decide if Texas should be a state in America since both Texas needed a strong army, and Texas had a lot of debt. 3.On December 29, 1845 Texas became a state in America. I wonder why Texas had so much trouble with Native Americans.

Another fact I learned was Texas still to this day has the right to split itself up into 5 states. I wonder if Lamar Elementary was named after the second president of Texas.
