One of the concerns I have is that technology will take place of textbooks and using paper to do work. I believe students benefit from using textbooks and actually writing their classwork and homework down on paper. Technology can be very beneficial and convenient, but I don't think it should completely replace textbooks and such. Another concern I have regarding technology in the classroom is that students will use the technology for things other than classwork. I worry that students will get off of topic and venture on to websites other than what has been assigned. I fear that students will lose the ability or lack the ability to actually speak to someone because the majority of their communication and work is done behind a computer screen. 
With all of that being said, I believe that technology can be helpful and useful, but I also think that teachers and faculty need to be sure to not let it take the place of the importance of books in the world of learning.
