Christopher talks with his teacher Siobhan after he talk with Mrs. Alexander and got revealed that his mother had a relationship with Mr. Shears; even though Christopher doesn't like that much talking with other people, he talks with Siobhan because he trusts her even more than his own father and his mother as she is really comprehensive about his condition. Throughout this conversation, Siobhan asks Christopher whether he told his father about what he heard. She is worried for him because those are problems that really concern his father and are very personal, which might derive in other worse troubles for Christopher; as he always tells the truth, he obviously told her that he doesn't know anything.

As Siobhan always cares for Christopher, she wondered whether that discovery made Christopher felt about his mother. Judging the way is structure, Christopher's later response clearly exhibits many of his autistic traits; he talks directly to the point as he doesn't bother to use extra word that may make his answer prettier, and as well, he always told the truth, despite it might hurt. He finally concluded that he couldn't feel sad about his mother because she is dead and quoting his own words: "[...] I would be feeling sad about something that isn't real and doesn't exist. And that would be stupid".

Before chapter 191, Chris realizes that his father has been lying to him about both Wellington’s death and his mother’s whereabouts. Because of this, Christopher decides that it is unsafe to stay any longer in his own home, so he makes up his mind and flees his house during the night-time while his father is asleep. Christopher passes the night in his garden, and ponders where should he go after this. He considers several options, such as staying with Ms. Alexander or Mrs. Shear’s, or returning to his house. But, finally, he decides it is best for him to move to London with his Mom.

Then, Chris wanders around the city trying to get to the Train Station, the method he thought better to get there. He gets lost, but is able to make a mental map of the city and walks in such a way that he gets around every corner, so he eventually makes it to the train station. There, Chris gets overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stimuli present. So, he just shuts down - he gets immersed in his thoughts, and stays in a trance-like state for about 4 hours. Worried, a woman decides to call a policeman, who helps Chris to get around the station and to buy a ticket.

Ticket in hand, Chris rides his train. But when he does, a policeman catches him and tells him that his father is waiting for him at the police station. Christopher refuses to, but the officer is about to forcefully take him out of the train, when it starts moving. Then, the officer tells Chris that they’ll be getting down at the next station. But, Chris pees his pants, so he goes to the bathroom. He then decides he’ll hide there until he arrives to London, and he does so successfully.

Christopher is alone, so he will spend the day finding out what happened to Wellington. Although he is afraid to talk to strangers, Christopher still musters the courage to ask his neighbors about what happened. He begins his investigation by looking at a diagram of nearby houses. Between the ages of 43 and 44, Christopher discovers a ton of answers, some of which he has no idea and some of which are simply wrong. "Avoid number 38 because your father said it's a bad place." He just walks away without saying anything because he's not sorry. Christopher's actions show that he is determined to solve the mystery, even if it means facing his fears and dealing with awkward social situations.

Before this chapter, Christopher heard from his own father that he didn't like the name of Mr. Sheares; that was the beginning of the search that Christ began with his neighbours. That search consisted in that Christ wanted to fin out why his father hated the name of Mrs.Sheares's husband.

So after he decided to go asking many kinds of people, he found out that Mrs. Alexander knew some data about the conflict that his father had with Mr. Sheares had.

Mrs. Alexander told Christ that his mother had a lot time ago an affair with that man, and when his father knew he argued with Chris mom, making her to feel very uncomfortable and hate him.

After that explanation that Christ wrote on his book, he arrived to his house and put the book on the kitchen; unfortunately, his father found the book and got angry, touching Christ and making him hitting his father again.

That's the reason why in this chapter Christopher's teacher tells him if he is scared to go to his house, because his father will be there and he can hit him again. That can be a fact that causes fear.

He agrees to walk with her in the park. He asks her about Mr. Shears and why Father might call him evil, but she hedges her response and asks him if this has to do with Wellington. Since he isn't the one who brings up Wellington, he reasons, talking with Mrs. Alexander about it will not be detective work. When Christopher innocently asks if Mrs. Shears killed his mother, Mrs. Alexander responds with sympathy, revealing that she did not know Christopher's mother had died.

The text you’ve given seems to be a paragraph from a story or a novel. It tells the reader about a boy called Christopher who dedicates his day to solving a mystery of a killed dog. Even though he is afraid to speak to strangers, he still decides to meet his fear in order to ask the neighbors in the area. The boy visits several houses where he meets other characters. Some of them are careless and some of them do not even know what Christopher is speaking about. For example, Mrs. Alexander appears in the story and greets the boy with friendliness while inviting him inside.Despite her kind demeanor, Christopher becomes uneasy when she takes longer than expected to retrieve drinks, prompting him to leave. This excerpt sets the stage for Christopher's determination and curiosity as he delves into the mystery.
