I am writing this letter to complain about the service that i received while attending the meeting in your offices building at Al Ghubra branch

On 6/3/2021 , i attended a meeting in your new offices building and this experience actually disappointed me.

Unfortunately, the service there was inadequate because of a plenty of reasons. The meeting hall smelled extremely stinky and the air conditioners crashed during the meeting which is really annoying and unacceptable. The projector also broke down while presenting. Furthermore, the employees and the workers outside the meeting hall caused disturbance and irritating noise which distracted most of the meeting attendees.

When the projector stopped working we demanded help and we called the workers there to try to fix the problem but nothing was done. After the meeting ended, me and some of the attendees went to the complaining section and tried to complain about what happended immediately after the meeting had finished but none of them responded or even cared.

I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
I would appreciate it too if you make up for this unsatisfying service by trying to pay attention to the quality of service you are offering.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I am waiting for your response within the next ten days.

From: Yafa Alsaidi.                                                                                                                                 Dear sir, I am writing this letter to inform you about my bad experience in your Aziba branch.                                                 Last Sunday evening I went to your new office building in the Aziba area to conduct an important meeting for my company.                                                                                                                                                                                                   Unfortunately, The service was not up to standards and greatly disappointed me. The issue I would like to address is the employees, most of them were careless and indifferent. Moreover, when I asked about the offices working hours they did not give me a coherent response which led me to come in too early and wait for the doors to open.                       And for those reasons stated above I went to the front desk and they informed me that they cannot do anything and it was my own fault which made me furious. Hence I decided to bring the matter to you as the manager.                                 To resolve those issues and because I see a lot of potential I will not ask for money instead I would appreciate it if you would take a closer look at your employees and provide them with better training.
