         <description><![CDATA[<div>There is tremendous opportunity to learn from my students. Studying their learning styles and understand what makes each student successful. This ongoing reflection exemplifies my growth mindset as a lifelong learner. Students provide teachers with the most valuable feedback. By gauging the students intellectual and emotional response to my lessons I can be flexible and adaptive to the changes needed.</div>]]></description>

In addition, through co-teaching or team teaching I can learn from my colleagues instruction techniques.
