I do not have enough time and patience to comfort her during times where she cries for no reason and feels down with negative thoughts and if i were to give her a schedule to fit her where she can work comfortably whenever she can, other employees may feel upset if they do not know and believe she is receiving "special treatment". However, if the employees were to know of her condition, they may become upset and think that she is pretending.
