A big part of my background is traveling, my family loves to travel. I’ve been to a few country’s including Iceland, Italy, London, Morocco, Lebanon, Dubai and Canada. I’m Palestinian which is a really important thing in my life especially now with the genocide going on there, im always spreading awareness for them. Another big thing is my family I have two older sisters that have both already moved out so I live just with my dad and step-mom. I love my friends, I think friendship is a really important thing to have.

My Summer

This summer I traveled to Washington D.C for a family friend's engagement party. I also traveled to Morocco for fun, we rented a car and went to different cities every one or two nights. When I was home I went to the lake with my friends many times, swimming and tanning in the summer is really fun. Another thing I did was hangout with my sister because she was home from law school for the summer and I love spending time with her. I also went to see my other sister and her husband since I don’t get to see her as much since she officially moved out.

Going Well

I’d say something that’s going well for me right now would be school. I’ve managed to keep my grades decent these past two years and hoping for the same this year. I’ve selected to take an AP course this year which I’ve never done before, AP world history. I also signed up for algebra2/trig instead of just algebra2 even tho math isn’t my best subject. Then I’m also taking child development 1 which I’m exited about because I love kids so I think I’ll enjoy the class.

strengths, interests, and needs

I’d say i always do better when im able to pick the topic im reading/writing about. When im interested in the topic it makes it easier for me. A weakness for me is probably poetry, I’ve never liked that unit and always found it difficult. Some interests I have are basketball and reading, I also love listening to music.
