Since we have a wide variety of districts present, it was nice to have Pete Hall who addressed how his work fits into all of the coaching models. As new things are presented, thinking through the lens of it being applicable to all districts big and small no matter their coaching model.

Networking is great, can we do it like a speed date type thing? IE here is a topic to discuss, set the timer, that way we can meet with more than just the triad.

Because of all of the different models and structures of our buildings, plus the different learning that each district has taken part in, it can be hard to come up with actionable steps that would actually work for someone without knowing their specific structures.
