1. It is difficult because one can encounter these types of situations and many times students tend to put themselves in a not-so-peaceful environment with teachers and classmates, and as a consequence, it can generate more stress and tension among themselves, my advice is to listen and act at the right time, prioritizing coexistence agreements between students.

2. As my colleague said, education often comes from home, and frequently what one as a teacher wants to change or improve gradually, can not be reflected in a context outside the academic, I learned that, in class, you can generate many situations that cover problems of greater and lesser impact, it is only a matter of time and mediation for the identification of each problem that arises.

3. I would react in the same way as my colleague because they are situations that lead one to be alert about what happens in real-time with the students and why they treat or say these things, I am not saying that I would let this incident pass because I would be attributing this to generate a habit of mockery among them, therefore, it is better to stop, understand and analyze the causes and possible solutions.
