1. I think my colleague did well but she should go deeper into the topics and take into account self-reflection to further advance her process as a teachee

2. My colleague learned that the starting point is critical thinking, as it helps us to receive advice and be self-critical of our actions and how to improve as professionals

3. I would focus more on self-reflection because I can correct my pedagogy and intervene in my problems in a more pedagogical way

It is difficult because one can encounter these types of situations and many times students tend to put themselves in a not-so-peaceful environment with teachers and classmates, and as a consequence, it can generate more stress and tension among themselves, my advice is to listen and act at the right time, prioritizing coexistence agreements between students.

As my colleague said, education often comes from home, and frequently what one as a teacher wants to change or improve gradually, can not be reflected in a context outside the academic, I learned that, in class, you can generate many situations that cover problems of greater and lesser impact, it is only a matter of time and mediation for the identification of each problem that arises.

I would react in the same way as my colleague because they are situations that lead one to be alert about what happens in real-time with the students and why they treat or say these things, I am not saying that I would let this incident pass because I would be attributing this to generate a habit of mockery among them, therefore, it is better to stop, understand and analyze the causes and possible solutions.

I would give him the advice that we should take things calmly and it is important to learn to manage the times, although many times it is almost impossible but if we try in the possibilities of taking a good time for each thing

He learned the importance of reflecting and observing the mistakes we make and realizing that it is quite common in our teaching profession. He also realized that even with little time you can get a good result

Well, it's complex because I feel that if I reacted differently, I would be calmer and I would try for the next class to take into account those aspects in which I felt I failed during the development of the class. In addition, we must keep in mind that many times we have other things in our heads that do not let us think clearly
