• Partners confirmed the receipt of their project summary, which includes allocated revenue, capital and KPIs

• HRUC are leading on Project 1, Construction and will set up meetings with delivery partners, Croydon College and East Surrey College

• December claims deadline is next week. LLC are planning to submit a claim, transaction log and evidence to Dan Thornton at the earliest opportunity

• New project manager to support individual partner meetings – Danny Brett has joined STCG team

• Mobilisation plans for projects 2, 4, 5 will be discussed with partners in the lead up to Christmas or immediately on return

• Meetings schedule to be confirmed

• Partners to finalise their financial forecast which will be discussed in individual partner meetings
