In both schools we are having  pupils and teacher with different ethnicity and religious affiliation  We do a lot of projects in which students cooperate with each other. Every year we take a part in Safer Internet Day, we are having a debate, quizzes, making products together. They had to make posters their own language and include in their design something that represents their ideas.hey had to do it together and for some it was easy to agree on design and to make it work. For some students it was very difficult to work together and agree on anything. When we talk about  working together, that means that people should   share responsibility.

These 4 questions are crucial in creating collaborative learning. They must work together and share their responsibility, in order to make substantive decisions, but yet they are independent.
