1. When planning PLCs, be mindful of the "forced collaboration" concept and emphasize authentic collaboration.
2. Look for examples of what is working, and give praise often.
3. Seeking -- and supporting -- innovation rather than compliance from teachers (this is a direct quote from the article, but I like it and think it makes a great goal).

1. After seeing the awesome collaboration during the 8th grade PLC, my goal is to continue to encourage "unforced" collaboration so that teachers view it as a benefit, instead of "time they could've been doing another task".
2. I will use the term "evidence of success" instead of "non-negotiables" moving forward to communicate the importance of the task at hand and the meaning behind it.
3. Continue to "celebrate" my teachers

Making Connections - I continue to reach out to 1-2 different teachers each week to check-in and see where I or the MS Dept can offer additional support to teachers
2. Task Force - pulling in teachers to work on MS process and procedures to ensure we are 'hitting the mark' when creating and/or improving processes for things like MSPR, etc.
3. Continue to acknowledge and appreciate staff for their efforts and achievements
