-it may not be easy to work with Cohort Coordinator B, Teacher B2 and Teacher B3 as we share different opinions on the way to use AI.
-how to report and explain the decision that we make with our team to our principal in order to convince her to accept our ideas?

Teamwork can be a challenge sometimes, especially when good teamwork is all about connecting with teammates, work and common goal or purpose. However, most common challenges of teamwork is trust issues among team members, it may becomes clashes and stress. Furthermore, it may also faces the problem with poor communication and understand skills of team members, or they may lack of collaborative work tendency, so that they are not being able to follow or deliver orders.

It is the great opportunity to improve my management, leadership and communication skills.

As the team to work with exploring new method to enhance student learning, I have the responsibility to monitor the whole progress once we have set a definite goal and objectives. Revise progress together by holding regular weekly or monthly performance review meetings.

I may learn to follow the right approach of encouragement, support and feedback to motivate the team members to work together in order to bring the best out of them. Make them aware of the situation by communication. Ask questions to understand what their area of problem is, then discuss problems and ask relevant questions to find a solution together. At the same time, it is important to avoid layering it with any emotion while giving any clear and specific feedback or instruction regarding their performance.

Teacher B1,B2 and B3 are at the same occupation brand. They can share the ideas.But I think they may not willing to give suggestion or show the opposed opinions to each other or Cohort Coordinator B. Because there is no leader actually.And the last opinion will be decided by Cohort Coordinator B.

Working with the teachers, everyone is free to express their opinions with the right. As an experienced teacher and the person in charge, TEACHER B1 needs to summarize the opinions of teachers and coordinate their division of labor and cooperation. However, there may be some differences of opinion. TEACHER B1 should be good at coordination and choose the most appropriate solution.

2. It can also increase my social skills and relationship with colleagues, enhance the teacher leadership about influencing others towards improved educational practice.

3. When using AI robots for learning, it is a difficult task to plan teaching programs and methods. There are many questions to be discussed with the teammates ,including how real teachers and AI should work together during the practice which should all be tackled.

4.If I would be the team leader , I will share my power and collaborate with them to think of the AI program, and respect their opinions and thoughts in order to adopt the best ideas. And because the teammates may not all teach the same age, so it is a task for leader to assign missions and integrate everyone’s views.

5. In teamwork, effective communication should be made with the team members, and in the subsequent promotion, training programs should be given to the corresponding teachers according to the different age groups of children.

What are the possibilities and challenges when working with your teammates?

- different ideas would be given out (brain storm)

- share professional knowledge as well as experiences among the team

- necessary to strike a balance between different ideas

- all the members shared an equal responsibilities for the task (since there is no leader assigned in the team) 

Maybe I will say yes. Because I think it’s a good opportunity to learn new things and I can also get some beneficial experiences from this teamwork.

What are the possibilities and challenges when working with your teammates?

From my point of view, I think the biggest challenge is that we are not familiar with artificial intelligence (AI) clearly. In our daily life, we have little chance to learn professional knowledge about AI, and what is more, it is so difficult for us to apply AI technology in kindergarten education.

I think the possibilities of this team work include learning more useful knowledge about AI, learning how to communicate with my teammates friendly and effectively, learning how to achieve collaboration positively, learning how to be a good leader and assign the work fairly and correctly. Of course, there are more possibilities waiting to be discovered.

The challenges in this process it may be the professional knowledge about AI. In this project, teachers need put forwards his ideas and opinion in some aspects, all of these are based on the professional knowledge. Meanwhile, this is also the responsibility for teacher B1, because of the different position than before.

I think it is a trust, and I would hope to accomplish the goal well through group cooperation 

 

Possibility: I think the possibility is that there will definitely be some different opinions when working with team members. We will negotiate and communicate to solve these problems, and then achieve our goal together.

2、I think the biggest challenge is the project itself. As I know,AI is so new that few kindergarten is applying now  it is hard to deal with this project.we need to search a lot of literatures even do some researches.the work in the kindergarten is already tiring .

Apart from that,I will meet some challenges between colleagues.  actually i am the newest one in the project，it is possible that other colleagues leave works all to me.
