         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes, kids still develop the same way the did in Piaget's time. Even with all the electronic technologies children are surrounded by a child's mind is still going through the same biological development. A child still has to learn how to orient what they see&nbsp;in the world and process it.</div>]]></description>
