I think the painting is a great piece of art and its coorelation with the myth is good.
The Hand with a egg and flower representa narcissus greatley the golden reflect represents that he thinks that he is better than it really is and obviusley the narcissus flower on the egg that represents the flower that narcissus got transformed after dying.
The women un the back represents all the Girls that narcissus broke they're hearths.

In both there is a figurein common, it has a hole
But in the frist image it is brown and the second it is while. Also in the second it has a white flowers the two figures are at the water's edge, in one it is dead in the other it is alive. The statuea represent Narciso.
In the frist, almost every thing is warm red, orange, yellow and tones, it is surrounded by rocks, whit a blue sky.
I the second there is a circle of women in the back ground, next to a chess set with a figure, at the bottom of the background is the same figure from the beginn. There are also brown mountains.

First in the paint there aren't the gods: Zeus, Afrodita, Hera.
In the painting the nymph Echos isn't there directly, I mean there are copys of things for example the egg.
The young man of the myth, Narcissus in the painting is represent with the complexity of things in the myth. In the paint he is looking his own reflection in a pool thinking it is other person, he loves him, this represent he in life, at right in the exactly posture its a hand holding a egg a little broken grown up a flower of Narcissus this represent he death.

Hi im Bilal.

In the picture there are two figures, is Narcissus, the one of the left it's him, when he was young and the one on the right, is when he dies.
In the lake you can see the reflection of the statue on the left, as in the myth it says he fell in love with his reflection, and since it stayed there always, it died, that means the statue on the right.
At the back you can see girls in love, and a statue of a man, it means that the girlswere in love with Narcissus.
And more Further there is an egg, it means Echo was repeating everything.
