Placing people at doors to open and direct on days 2 and 3 was very helpful.

Negatives: Participants felt somewhat left out in that they were doing the same thing for 3 days and not having session choices. MAA registration needs to be separate from Roadshow even if happening at the same time.

Rooms: Keeping presenters in the same room each day is helpful and does feel a little stressful when moving each day and needing to rearrange the room set up and figure out tech set up for a new room.

Maintenance: At a few of the locations it felt like internal communication to maintenance and facilities didn't happen so restrooms needed a lot of attention or ran out of supplies and trashcans in rooms were quite full by day three.

Technology: We can always use more communication for presenters as well as participants about internet access for each location. I know we worked to overcome some challenges at Ennis, but having the ability for presenters to use their own laptops to access specific extensions and set ups is ideal and something we should look for in a host site.

I also wonder if we could design a digital "Roadshow at a Glance" document to share with districts to make it easy to see the titles and descriptions in a one pager that links to the escwork registration, similar to a conference.

I wonder if we could use a similar set up to for the Roadshow to quickly alert presenters and volunteers of tech specifics or venue logistics, as well as using it with participants to remind them of session details.
