Some of these ways seem a lot easier, and more commonly found, than others. Some of these ideas include, creating an outline of your lesson and sharing it with your students, let students pick where they want to sit at (especially during tests), and let students complete assignments as a group. 
Most of these accommodations are nothing too complicated for the teacher even though they can be very helpful for students. There are so many different types of learners in the classroom. We tend to forget that these students are human as well. They all have their different needs. Especially in middle school, students are already going through so many different stressful situations that they do not need to be stressed in the classroom as well.

A teacher will have to first make a plan and see how these accommodations can help all the students in the class. The teacher must then decide on the goals that they want to meet with their students. I now sit here playing with a fidget toy, sitting with the lights on a low setting, and listening to music. These are all accommodations I have made to my setting to help me focus on this assignment. 

  I used the Social Constructivism pedagogical lens to create this theme. A lot of teachers preach that they are teaching for the students rather than for themselves, but they do not go out of their way to make learning easier for the students. Students can receive IEP and 504s to help them in the classroom, but there are students out there who just need a little help but does not need to go through all the steps to get an IEP or 504. The easiest thing to do is to listen to the students and see what they need to help them in the classroom. These can be as simple as a seat change or the option to take an assessment online rather than on paper. All students are their own person. You cannot assume that all students are the same.

During middle school years, students are going through so many changes. They do not need to have the stress of academics weighing on them. Early middle schoolers have had to deal with the transition from elementary to middle school curriculum. They might need extra help with the transition but do not know how to ask or feel uncomfortable doing so. It is our job, as educators, to listen to to our students and meet their needs even if it is a simple request. 

All the resources I have provided give some source of recommendation on either how to accommodate all students in the classroom, not just the ones who officially need it or gives a deeper look at what an accommodation in the classroom may look like.

There are so many different aids and sources for teachers to provided accommodations for students. One main source is the special education department. Most schools will have some kind of special education department. A teacher can go to these individuals if they think a students needs accommodations or even just for tips for adding accommodations in the classroom.
