         <description><![CDATA[<div>My leadership vision is to be an empathetic, supportive, and impactful leader in the team and recognized in my specific career filed globally. I would like to grow as a leader and add my values to the development of team works. It is not only essential for me to well-organized the team tasks for achieving team goals, but also it is necessary to apply all members’ abilities into the teamwork and develop their performances. </div><div> </div><div>Also, as a leader, I prefer to create the proper relationship with others and ensure the performance of the team as well. Everyone has different personalities and perceptions, which I have to add their values to the team correctly. To respect all members, I commit that understand personal traits and raise members’ satisfaction during the teamwork.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The reasons for pursuing this goal are related to real situations and personal experience. In the actual workplace, team members may not present actively in the teamwork because they do not care about the collaboration. It is important to know how to motivate them in the right ways. In my previous team experiences, communication is a huge problem, especially for international students. Based on different cultural backgrounds, students may miscommunicate with each other easily, which lead to conflicts. It is always hard to communicate with others because of the uniqueness of everyone. </div>]]></description>

I plan to provide free drinks or snakes for members who work well in the meetings as an extrinsic reward. For the most active member, hot coffee or chips may leave a better feeling for them and encourage members to join the team activities. )</div>]]></description>

They can learn more knowledge from each other and have open-mind thinking to adopt the diversity workplace. </div><div>    In the future, the manager can receive high performance from teams and improve company’s sustainability.
