Skype allows for them to be available on their smart devices. Skype allows for video, microphone, and chat options. I think these three options opens up for more flexibility when it comes to being able to meet.

Problem:::

The goal is to minimize face-to-face meetings for waking Up INC.

The flexibility takes away commute time, time in traffic, and it allows for everyone to be present.

FaceBook::
FaceBook offers video, chat, and microphone, and also a phone call. I do not like how Facebook doesn't have a built in conference call feature built into it.
