Hello we are Itziar and Urtzi, we live in Aranda de Duero (Burgos), we want to explain to you the most important things about our city. Firstly, our city is well known because of the wine, then is also a festival called sonorama that is celebrated in our city and is one of the most important festivals in Spain, it consists of 5 days of music around all the city, in the squares, in the streets and in several scenarios in different fields.

THE BEST GYM OF ARANDA "COLLISEUM"

The coliseum is the best gym in Aranda, it is located next to the Santa Maria church, the person who built the gym is a former Spanish bodybuilding champion Fernando Martínez, and his routines are very good and elaborate, the gym has a lot of machines to work on the muscles, it has presses, jackhammers, dumbbells and a kick boxing room. And it is the most economical gym at the same time. If you like to train and visit Aranda, it is highly recommended that you try this gym

In our city, there is a fotball team called Arandina. They play in 2º RFEF league of Spain. The stadium has a capacity for 6.000 people. The last year, they managed to finish first in the league and move up a division. Young people can also play in this team, so there are different categories from 5 years old to 18 years old.

First of all we have such an amazing wine, that is because of the variety of the wine cellars that we own.

Prado Sport Gym/Sport Center

This is one of the sports center in Aranda de Duero. Is the most complete, because it has differents areas to do different sports. It has a fit zone, a football pitch, several paddle courts, a big swimming pool, a hockey rink, a gymnastics area and a big restaurant where you can go.
This gym is better than Coliseum.

In our city, there is a handball team called Villa de Aranda. They play in the second division called the Silver Honor Division. It is the only team in this sport in Aranda. The team plays in the sports center "Santiago Manguán".

In Aranda, a lot of people play basketball, and it is our favourite sport. We train three times a week and we enjoy it a lot with our team mates. Our coach is Juanjo and we love him. He helps us to be better players.
