-The octopus does this by squirting jets of water from its bag-like body. It draws water into its body cavity then forces it out from a tube under its head. The force of the water squirting out pushes the octopus along, allowing it to swim backward through the ocean. This is called jet propulsion.
-Octopus is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, "good fats" linked to a range of heart-healthy benefits. Omega-3s can lower your blood pressure and slow the buildup of plaque in your arteries, reducing stress on the heart.

The octopus uses its tentacles with strong suction cups to hold onto strong rocks when there is a tide. They move very delicately- I mean smoothly and we can use this by putting suction cups bellow houses so that when there is a hurricane, the houses wouldn’t fly away, or use suction cups and putting a hook so that you can hook shirts or bags

One way humans can benefit from biomimicry is from mimicing the way they move as they move in a very unique way compared to other aquatic animals such as crabs. The reason why i say they move very interestingly is because they move their eight legs in a way that is very interesting and effective
