Sweat glands produce sweat as a cooling solution to try and keep our body temperature at 98.6 degrees. I never knew our sweat comes from water in our blood, I never knew our blood contained water. Water is pulled from all over the body to the vital organs that need water the most. Sweating, water in they eyes, and saliva is some of the area that water is pulled from to the vital organs that need it more.
