My name is Julieth Lora Rosas, I am from the city of Puerto Asís - Putumayo, I work as a contact center agent, I am also studying business administration at UNAD, currently my marital status is single, I am twenty-four years old and I have a nine-year-old daughter years. In my free time, I mainly do housework, university pending, spend time with my family and go to the gym.

 

My place of residence is in Puerto Asís, it is a town that I like and love because it is very cultural, with a lot of diversity, very happy, I live in a neighborhood far from the city center, it is called Villa Rosa, it is a very Nice, it has many green areas, it is also a very quiet sector and we have access to mini-markets, drug stores, hardware stores and sports parks, also recreational for our children or pets.

My day to day depends a lot on my weekly work shift. I have a schedule from six in the morning to two in the afternoon one week and another week from two in the afternoon to ten at night, when I'm on the morning shift, I get up at five in the morning to get ready, at  the same time I get up my daughter to get her ready, I start work at six in the morning, have breakfast from eight in the morning to nine, when there is little work I take advantage of it to carry out university activities, lunch from twelve noon until one o'clock in the afternoon and I leave at two in the afternoon, I go home, I change, I check my daughter's academic homework,  i do housework, I go to the gym from six in the afternoon until half past seven at night, I come home I make dinner, we eat around eight at night or half past eight, or sometimes we go out to eat at a restaurant, we spend time with the family and rest.

When I'm on the afternoon shift, I also get up at five in the morning, I get my daughter ready, I prepare her lunch box, then I'm going to drop her off at school at six thirty in the morning, I come home, I have breakfast, I get ready to go to the gym from 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning, I come home, I clean the house, I shower, I get ready, I go downtown with my mother to do some shopping, we come back home and prepare lunch, later at 12:10 I go to pick up my daughter from school, we return home, we have lunch, I get ready for my work shift, I leave my house at 1:40 in the afternoon, I almost arrive at work at 2:00 in the afternoon. late, I go to work, active breaks are made at four in the afternoon I also have my snack, at seven or eight at night they bring me my dinner and at ten at night I go home, at that time my mother and my daughter are already resting, so I take a shower, then I brush, I clean my face, I put on my pajamas and finally at eleven at night I go to bed, and that's how I do my day to day, everything depends on me work shift, I only rest on Sundays, it is a day that we enjoy as a family, whether it is a walk to the river or to the pool, we also go to the movies or stay at home.
