Significa creare una piano strategico in cui inserire:
- la propria visione globale;
- gli obiettivi che si vuole raggiungere;
- il piano di sviluppo;
- i rischi;
- le azioni che si intende mettere in campo.
Fondamentale nel piano è la coerenza, cioè che gli obiettivi siano rispondenti ai bisogni individuati nella scuola; inoltre occorre seguire una tabella di marcia che evidenzi in modo chiaro:
- le iniziative da intraprendere;
- i tempi;
- le figure preposte.
E' importante anche creare un team di docenti motivati e interessati che, attraverso un buon clima di cooperazione, condividano i ruoli e le azioni nella scuola.

In my school, a secondary school, is going to run a training course for parents and teachers in which all together we'll be informed about topics like the privacy, the reputation online, the risks - addictions of the net, the hate speech and the netiquette for a good use of the web. M. L. si intende un insieme specifico di competenze tecniche, cognitive, sociali ed emotive che sono richieste quando utilizziamo i social media per:
- cercare informazioni
- comunicare
- creare contenuti
sia in ambito sociale sia in ambito professionale.
E' importante sottolineare che non bastano quindi solo le competenze tecniche, come saper caricare una foto, creare un profilo o condividere commenti ed opinioni ma, occorre saper usare i social media in modo responsabile ed etico e saper operare delle scelte informate e ponderate online.

I'm an English teacher but I work as SEN, special needs education, and I m keen on my job.

I like travelling, reading and sharing new ideas and learning innovative teaching methods. I m really keen on this MOOC because it is a great opportunity for all the participants, which, all over the world, can compare and share evaluation and ideas about a common topic; I think that to be connected about a common aim is already a success
and the first goal this course is achieved. I'm proud of my colleagues and of my trainers!

I really think it is important to show students and parents what they could create, together, and how exploiting social media opportunities to the best in a school community.
