I just tilted the plate/surface so it was flat-er - it's not going to move very fast if the surface is flat. (I know everyone's doing this but it's the easiest to think of so hey-)

Besides that, I waited for my liquid to dry up a little then re-do it. It honestly didn't change much, but hey-it worked a little. Just even a little.

If I want to slow down my liquid, then you need to lift the end of the plate, and when an object(a plate in this case) is angled to the floor, the gravity will pull it down, but if the end of the plate is lifted, it will be hard for the gravity to pull the liquid down because the liquid is already on the plate, and the gravity is pulling down the liquid to the plate, but IF it is angled to the floor, it will eventually slide down.
