Public policies are the various actions issued by government institutions, which seek to use regulatory and financial resources, among others, to meet specific needs of citizens, to ensure social benefit, it must create a link between society and state, finally obtaining economic, social and political impacts.

Un proyecto social es una herramienta que se conforma por actividades específicas y coordinadas en un tiempo y lugar determinado, su función radica en la transformación de situaciones sociales que resultan desfavorables para la sociedad, estas tendrán la capacidad de producir bienes y servicios que den paso al desarrollo local y bienestar socioeconómico.

A social project is a tool that is formed by specific and coordinated activities in a determined time and place, its function lies in the transformation of social situations that are unfavorable to society, these will have the capacity to produce goods and services that give way to local development and socioeconomic well-being.

Un Gobierno es un organismo público superior conformado por un presidente y ministros, representa al Estado y lo dirige por medio de leyes y disposiciones con el fin de establecer el orden jurídico y atender intereses de una comunidad político administrativa
