Identify values around inclusivity and department climate that can be posted publicly. Proactively address and jointly develop policies that help to reduce inequities in workload/committee assignments; hopefully, this would more equitably share workload (including EDI committee work). This might help to engage this more senior faculty in EDI work and hopefully appreciate other perspectives. </div>]]></description>
