You can display all of the text entered into a cell by modifying the cells WIDTH. You can do this manually by dragging the column heading to the desired width or automatically by double clicking the column heading. You can also modify a rows HEIGHT manually by dragging the row heading or automatically by double clicking the row heading. You can also INSERT, MOVE, DELETE, and HIDE rows and columns while working in your workbook. When you insert rows and columns you need to be sure that the entire row/column is highlighted by the heading, not use one cell.

To DELETE a row or column, you simply highlight the entire row or column and press delete. Take note that when you delete, the format of the graph shifts. You can MOVE a column or row by highlighting it and dragging it to the desired location. Lastly, I learned that you can WRAP THE TEXT of a cell to automatically adjust the row height and column width of the desired cells.

In this FLASS lesson I learned about worksheet basics. Every workbook contains one worksheet by default. However, you can add worksheets to a workbook. You add worksheets to organize your workbook and make it easier to navigate. You can GROUP worksheets to add information to more than one worksheet at the same time. However, you should take note that any changes you make to one worksheet in a group will be made to all of the other worksheets as well. You can RENAME worksheets in order to keep your workbook organized. You can do this by selecting rename from the worksheet menu.

You can also worksheets within that same menu. You can DUPLICATE a worksheet. When you duplicate a worksheet you are copying that entire worksheet to another worksheet, the very same information. The VERSION NUMBER tells you which duplicate of a worksheet a worksheet is. To MOVE a worksheet, you simply select the worksheet tab and drag it to whichever lineup order you desire.
