Clarifying Question, please!

When you said the runner does not stop for grown-ups, but will stop for kids, does that imply the runner does not help other teachers or does not get bogged down by the haters?

Very understandable way to figure out what kind of teachers we are and where we want to be!

I loved that it talked about always living your life to the fullest. I’ve been taught to give your all no matter what. I know there are days, weeks and even years that can be difficult but this gives you the inspiration to keep going and give your all!

I’m definitely a jogger. I’m decorating the bus, rolling the windows and leading the chorus at the back singing the silly songs.

I don’t want to drive it; just make it FuN and memorable along the journey.

I feel this big time!!!!i taught sped for 13 years and became a rider. This past year was my 1st year teaching fourth grade ELA and became a jogger/runner. I’m glad to be out of the rider seat!

I think that most years I’ve been a jogger. Of course I would love to be a runner, and I periodically have bursts throughout the year. It’s just hard for me to sustain that level.

Wow! I feel I am a jogger/runner. I run until I get stuck in traffic. Jog a little. Then, start running again when the path is clear. Sometimes, I have to slow to a walk.
