  • The February magazine is Ratner more toned down, there is not Much us of colour, the colour that is used here mostly is Black but different volumes of it, there is also a use of sky blue that gives the magazine a bit of pop in colour. This magazine is one that celebrates Black excellence, that why the colour are very dark in tone even if it's different tone of the same colour. The  writer/photographer managed to convey perfect contrast and balance in the picture even though he/she used strong colours.

The mood of the magazin  is light beautiful but also sends a message of naturing motherhood vibes. The colour Iighter then the February one which might symbolize new life that's why the baby is there.




    • The cover I prefer is this one because it symbolizes new life and its bright. It doesn't put me in a depressed state, when I lay my eyes on it, it's like a huge load has been lifted off my shoulders. New begins and I also feel like it's shows a lot of love and a sense of protection.
