Public and corporate organisations become entrepreneurial by adopting innovative approaches to improve performance, create value, and respond to changing environments. Public organisations focus on delivering better public services, improving efficiency, and solving social challenges through innovation rather than maximising profit. In contrast, corporate organisations use entrepreneurship to develop new products, enter new markets, increase competitiveness, and maximise shareholder value. Both types encourage creativity, calculated risk-taking, and continuous improvement to achieve their objectives.
