Yes, because its safer kinda and he will be safe from animals and anything else. Plus it'll get them there faster and get them help, maybe it wil.

yes because he should be able to build a raft because if he didn't he would die there so you would have to carry him and berry him it was also fun about the book when we read chapter 15 it was a very good story and it would help him out for once
