The Annex is a place that the Franks and van Daans along with others have been hiding in a little place inside a tiny apartment that is about the size of a $2 million Toronto home. 

Anne Frank, a member of the Annex who has been living there for years like everyone else in the tiny home. 

Although the house seems okay, there is little to no hot water and Anne with her crew cannot speak for a majority of the day.

In the past few months, the food quality has shrunk and so has Anne's will to be happy in the Annex. Anne states she has been very "desperate" for someone to talk to except for her diary.

Anne told us, that she is very exciting those days, because she finally have someone could become a closer friend with her. She's now getting closer with an Annex member, Peter who is Mrs van Daan's son. 

Anne been so lonely in the past two years. Also she notices Peter looking at her and trying not to look at her. She thinks that basically a symptom of a crush. Not only that, but Anne has been talking to peter to gain his trust.

Based on some contributions from enthusiastic readers, we learned that Anne and Peter seem to be having some difficulties with their relationship.

According to some content of submissions, we knew that Mrs. Frank, who is Anne's mother, seems to have forbidden Anne to go upstairs because Mrs.van Daan is jealous. However Anne's father, Mr.Frank doesn't seem to care about Mrs.van Daan's feeling, he tells Anne ignore Mrs.van Daan. 

This puts Anne in a dilemma position. Her mother thought Peter was in love with Anne, which was exactly what Anne hopes. However,  why the two mothers organized the two of them to meet was also what was baffled by Anne.

When we look at the Annex as a whole though, we can see why this happened. Mrs. van Daan has a very bad relatationship with her husband in the Annex. This meant that she tried to stop Anne and Peter from dating because she was very jelous. 

On the other hand, Anne's mom, Mrs. Frank belives that insead of Anne using her time to date Peter, she should focus on school more and being smarter, along with doing tasks around the Annex. Mrs. Frank also says that Anne is too young to date.

However for now, we do not know what majour things happened to Anne for now, so stay tuned for the next article. We will update you when we get the chance.

Anne worried that Margot had a crush on Peter and that she would hurt her sister by spending too much time with him. Margot sends Annie a letter saying she is very happy for Peter and Annie. She also wanted Anne to have a friend to talk to, but she didn't think Peter would be that person. 

Anne responded with a letter saying she was upset that Margo didn't have anyone to share her feelings with. Anne, however, wanted Margot and Peter to develop a sister/brotherly bond with each other. 

Margot writes to Anne, encouraging her to enjoy her friendship with Peter. It's clear that Margot isn't interested in Peter because she says she thinks he's a bit of a brother. Annie likes to talk to Peter at night, probably because they can be more open in romantic dim lighting. 

Mrs. Frank wondered what the two of them were talking about, and the others in the shelter kept making fun of them. In fact, Anne is tired of war, he hates a bunch of grown-ups arguing all day in front of a radio. 

Going back to Ane and her Annex-mates, now Anne, Margot and Peter all hang out together to cure their boredom. This includes hearing the news, which the Dutch MP said to keep diary logs if people are in hiding, and this got Anne exited.

Anne also talked to herself and friends about the war, as she thinks the Russians will invade Germany soon and will put an end to the misery in Europe. 

Going to a new subject, Anne also still rants about the food situation. It is still really bad as some of her Jewish alliances got taken away, which devastated the Annex food supply and made it worse. Lets also a a quick check in of Anne's hobbies, which is reading, writing (in her diary) and hanging out with her friends. 

Going back to Anne and Peter, Anne thinks for a long time if she should kiss Peter, or is it would be silly as they only hang out. To express her emotions and routines, Anne writes a "day in the life" diary entry to talk about all the stuff she does: Waking up, the food, playing with her friends (Peter, etc) along with listening to the news and looking at the stars. 

In conclusion, Anne's life has gotten better from Peter and Margot becoming close together but everything else becoming worse like the food.
