The dark cloud has spread for hundreds of miles and no one knew what it was. There was three hundred thousand tons of dried up soil. The dust cloud has a speed of 65 mph and destroyed anything in its path. The reason this was caused is because humans didn't care for their crops. Right before this happen the great depression occurred so families were paying bills after bills with little money.During 1932 the rain just stopped and dust storms were tearing crops and farmland. When the largest dust storm happened everyone had to leave because it was too powerful. It destroyed their homes. The air was so toxic it was giving humans health problems. When they had to go out they had to wear masks. No one could live having black, toxic air everyday. Even car lights would have not gone through the toxic air. School has been shut down or have to go to school dangerously. Usually happens in wintertime fog but got worse.
