These A levels then help students to enroll and gain places in university to further diploma studies. It is seen as more academic studies to other curriculums and helps students to peruse the next step of their academic opportunities. 1.     They provide a chance for offenders to reform before they re-enter into society and reflect on their actions to become better individuals and to enhance their personal development as well as provide them with the chance to continue their initial ambitions and goals.
2.     It teaches them life skills that will be applied to their future endeavour, in both workplace and society. For instance, patience, punctuality, time management, communication skills. 
3.     A sense of independence.
4.     Short courses that would lead to a lower-level qualification.


Training provider

1.     Gives them the opportunity to choose between a range of subject or courses which will help them with gaining transferable skills that will support them in their employment.
2.     Guidance on how to choose a course suitable for them and also provide alternative options.
3.     Vocational courses.
