Report on the raise of transportation cost.

I recently noticed a concerning issue, the taxi and transport expenses are increasing rapidly, the following is a report of my findings.

In disgrace, there is not enough fuel on the country right now and that leads to a raise in transportation expenses, and there is also a tendency between taxi drivers to charge more money in every trip because of that.

Unfortunately the company still needs to transport some goods to local distributors and the staff needs to come and work everyday so it may be challenging to lower the cost in this time of crisis.

However I have come with two possible solutions:

1.When in need to transport product to a store, ask for a minimum of 1 million pesos per order, that way we can assure that there will not be missused fuel. 

2. The aim of this report is to consider the idea of closing the cafeteria in favour of turning the space into a recreation area is suitable for the company´s needs.
 
 
The staff members of this company are well known for their interest in fitnessbutthe company does not incorporate healthy options into the menu and that leads to a decrease in food sales. However, this problem can be eradicated by introducing a smoothie and salad bar, that more staff members would have the option to follow their dietary plans without having to meal prep every morning. Another problem with the cafeteria is that it is extremely big, it has a lot of non-used space that can be used for other purposes such as a recreation area.
 
Although some people believe the cafeteria should be closed, I recommend a different course of action, it is both necessary a place of relaxation and a place to eat, I suggest that the space used in the cafeteria gets divided, that way it would be possible to have both a cafeteria and a common area.
