      <description>Create a post that has 3 rules that you learned from the DOL.  Try to think of one that no one else will do.  Two that we all know are to capitalize the first word in a sentence and put punctuation at the end of a sentence so do not use those two!</description>

The title of any book should be italicized and things such as poems or short stories, should be in quotation marks.<br>3.
