But now looking back on in i'm extremely glad that we made the moved from Fresno to Hayward because without that I would't have met these 4 amazing people who i'm glad to call my friends. They bring so much light into my world and even though at times we might not talk much, they'll always have a special place in my heart. When I first got Cheeto on February 7th, 2018 I instantly fell in love with his shy and kind nature; and little did i know 5 months later that on July 28th, 2018 that i'd be adding another edition to the family named Maya. Cheeto and Maya made me realize how lonely i was before and now I cant imagine my life without them. They taught me how to be responsible, patient, how to enjoy the little things in life, and most importantly, they taught me how to love. Yet there was something in me that kept telling me to forget about my worries and join. And now looking back at it i'm extremely glad I did because the time i spent there ended up being the best 7 weeks of my life. I got to learn new things and make new friends from all over the Bay Area and I created some of the best memories of my teenage years within those walls of the Workday building. But i decided to take a chance and i'm extremely glad I did because little did i know how much CMMA would influence my life. And although some people might have already figured out what it will take for them to get there, such as graduating, getting a good job, or starting a family; I don't know what will make me happy. Ever since I was little I've always have certain goals I wanted to accomplish, but as I got older i realized that focusing on those goals only brought me unhappiness and anxiety, even after I accomplished them. And although I want to accomplish the basic goals just as everyone else, I dont want to give myself expectations for what i think will make me happy. I want to live in the moment and just live my life the best i can, regardless of what that may look like. I don't need to live in a humongous house, or have an enormous amount of money, or drive the coolest car.
