         <description><![CDATA[<div>Education in Canada is public and the responsibility is regional governments. Investment in education is very high and students receive compulsory education free of charge. The education system is divided into three levels<br><strong>- Elemental</strong><br>Elementary education is the first stage of compulsory education and usually goes from six to 10 or 12 years.<br><strong>- High School<br></strong>All students who attend secondary education have the option of following an itinerary that allows them to directly access the university.<br><strong>- University<br></strong>Higher education, although it is no longer free, has significant public funding. This is offered at universities and colleges and institutes that give degrees of two to three years.</div>]]></description>
