Wolf-My imaginary animal was a wolf. Sometimes my wolf would come to life and we would go on adventures into the woods. My wolf is Red Wolf and it told me that it is endangered. Most of the Red Wolves in the real world are almost gone and there are more in captivity than in the wild.

I was chosen for my job because I teach my students helpful strategies that allow them to gain knowledge according to their own unique learning styles. It is important to me that my students find ways to help them learn and develop their skills. My job is to deliver the knowledge and to help them grow as individuals. As they say, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink." Kids have to want to learn.

I believe that everyone should have the right to freedom according their own unique cultural heritages. Native Americans were required to face assimilation and loss of their cultures. They were also forced out of their homelands. This led to the end of many customary Native American practices and fractured families as well.

Somedays I truly love my job! It can be a challenge to teach the 12's and 13's. They often think they already know everything there is to know about life. Plus, they try to create their own unique languages to represent themselves. However, it is meaningful for me when they do achieve their own goals and have success.
