         <title>Education
Around the age of twelve, his master&#39;s wife, Sophia Auld began to teach Frederick the alphabet. Mr. Auld was against his wife to continue teaching Douglass. However, Frederick was an intelligent young man and wanted to learn to read. Over time, he secretly taught himself to read and write by observing others and watching the white children in their studies. Once Douglass had learned to read, he read newspapers and other articles about slavery. He began to form views on human rights and how people should be treated. He also taught other slaves how to read, but this eventually got him into trouble. </title>

         <title>He had GRIT!
Frederick Douglass is one of the greatest men. Frederick Douglass was a fearless leader who was a runaway slave. Douglass had the courage to run away even knowing he could get punished. Frederick was strong-willed because he didn&#39;t give up on anything. Frederick was selfless because even after he escaped slavery, he went back to the south to save the other slaves in the South, like the well-known Harriet Tubman. Frederick was an abolitionist because obviously, he was against due to the fact that he was a slave. Frederick Douglass was an honest man who had kept all of his promises and never went back on his words. Frederick Douglass was also known as caring, if not he would not have to the South to save more slaves</title>
