         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>What jobs did the students have after they graduate and does the amount of debt differ based on their work field? (If the job that students enter after graduation don’t pay well, the timeline of paying back their debt will be different than other students.)</p></li><li><p>&nbsp;What is the rate of first gen and non first gen students in this study?&nbsp;(First gen students may not know the other options that they have. If no one is educating them on their options they will believe that they have to take out a student loan.)</p></li><li><p>What can I do to cut down the debt?&nbsp;(This is an important question because anyway to save yourself from owing money is important and save a lot of stress. Better to find out now then the hard way.)</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>Is interest rates the reason people 62+ are still paying off student loans?&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Is the highest demographic of people with student loans out of 4 year college?</p></li><li><p>Does interest affect how much you owe in the future?&nbsp;</p></li></ol><p>1. Many older borrowers took out loans decades ago, and even smaller balances can grow large over time due to compounding interest. </p><p>2. Borrowers who attend four-year colleges often take on more debt than those who attend community colleges or trade schools, since tuition is higher. </p><ol start="3"><li><p>Interest is the extra cost added to the original loan amount (the principal). If you don’t pay down the principal quickly, the interest keeps adding up, and sometimes interest itself can get added to the principal (capitalization).</p></li></ol><p><br/></p>]]></description>
