There was war in France, but France surrendered but the Allies stormed the beaches of Normandy to reclaim France and end up winning the war. There were was battles in Germany Russia, and Italy. some of them were Battle of the Budge, the battle for Stalingrad, and In Italy there was the invasion of Sicily. This war put us at the top of the super powers not just because of our army but because of our mentality and man power.
