         <description><![CDATA[<div>The best way to learn to read - is to read.  Period.  The more a student reads the better they become.  It is also true that the more reading one does the stronger their vocabulary is, which in turn leads to improved writing.  (multiple studies have shown positive results)</div>]]></description>
