"Life Doesn't Frighten Me" is a poem written by the late Maya Angelou. The poem is about a little girl who is fearless and has the strength to not let certain things scare her. The speaker is only vulnerable to fear in her dreams. The poem also gives the reader the understanding that fears are common in both gender and one gender isn't stronger than the other; gender stereotypes. Both genders come across things they fear and have to deal with.
