I have found out that vertical farming is more expensive than farming on farmland and producing staple foods like wheat is not as cheap but can be mass manufactured in Singapore due to limited land area. Singapore has 43% of exports going to machinery while 19% goes to chemical production and 13% goes to miscellaneous manufactured articles. With this information, I can understand what products can be manufactured locally and are in demand. Chinese manufacturing is also very cheap as the factories are near to each other and transport fees do not have to be accounted for. We also realised that we researched on the wrong topic and it was about manufacturing locally and not clean transportation

I found out that people are the main cause that cause climate change such as people using vehicles (cars, trucks) to travel/deliver goods, meaning that lesser people take public transport. Many people use their own vehicles which emits a lot of carbon monoxide which add onto climate change.
