         <description><![CDATA[<div>We know that Robbie is frustrated in math, and it impacts his ability to engage and perform.&nbsp; We know that he's functioning at a grade level below his peers in some subjects and is bored or frustrated, because his teachers don't differentiate or see his strengths.&nbsp; We predict that many teachers will think he's functioning at a lower level than his peers.  We need to ask some questions, like "what happened" and "why are you feeling or acting this way".  What happened...to bring about his mindset for Robbie?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We know the teacher uses a lot of deficit language.<br>We know something is happening that is upsetting/unsafe/uncomfortable to him in the math classroom.<br>We can predict Robbie might be an ELL student because he can't necessarily articulate but can show when working with his hands.<br>We can predict Robbie might have low self esteem because he doesn't seem to have friends.<br>He might be TAG because he might be bored and/or lacking in other academic skills that make it look like he can't perform in math.<br><br></div>]]></description>
