We need to ask some questions, like "what happened" and "why are you feeling or acting this way". We know something is happening that is upsetting/unsafe/uncomfortable to him in the math classroom.
We can predict Robbie might be an ELL student because he can't necessarily articulate but can show when working with his hands.
We can predict Robbie might have low self esteem because he doesn't seem to have friends.
He might be TAG because he might be bored and/or lacking in other academic skills that make it look like he can't perform in math.
