Microassaults:

These are the most overt and similar to traditional discrimination, involving conscious, often offensive, verbal or nonverbal attacks, like using slurs or purposefully discriminatory actions. 

Microinsults:

Subtle, often unconscious, snubs or insults that demean a person's identity or heritage, such as assuming a person of color is less intelligent or asking a woman if she's "just" in her role due to affirmative action. 

Microinvalidations:

Communications that exclude, negate, or nullify the psychological thoughts, feelings, or experiential reality of a marginalized person, like saying "I don't see color" or "Anyone can succeed if they work hard enough," which dismisses systemic barriers.
